Ctrapviewer
CtrapViewer is a MatLab package dedicated to view and process confocal fluorescence microscopy data saved in the tdms format. Other image formats such as JPG, BMP, PNG, TIFF, etc. are now also supported (v 1.04).
Description
Ctrapviewer is a MatLab package dedicated to open, view, and analyze confocal microscopy data in the tdms format (eg. by scanary) and other image formats. The program allows rapid opening and viewing of fluorescence data. Viewing and exporting options include changing color and contrast settings, creating regions of interest and (batch-)export to image formats such as PNG, BMP, and JPEG (v 1.04). Interactive clicking and dragging allows measuring area, time interval, and average photon counts. Simple processing allows summing lines and simple filtering routines. Simple analysis allows fitting functions such as gaussian, (bi-)exponential, and step fitting. Analysis data and fits can be exported as TXT or XLS spreadsheet (v 1.04).
FDbrowser
FDbrowser is a MatLab package dedicated to view and process optical tweezers Force-Distance-Time data saved in the tdms format by TWOM.
Description
FDbrowser is a MatLab package dedicated to open, view, and analyze optical tweezers Force-Distance-Time data saved in the tdms format by TWOM. The program allows rapid opening and viewing metadata and datamarkers. Interactive clicking and dragging allows zooming in on data (left-click&drag) selecting dataranges and time interval (drag magenta markers). Exporting options include constructing composite graphs from selected F,D,t data of single or multiple files (right-click and open in new figure / add to figure), and exporting raw data or Force-interpolated data (right click, save plots, in ASCII format).
