"I am expecting professional
attitude and committment. In return, my students can count on a
supervisor who enjoys to help out in the lab, discuss ideas, and who
takes great care of their future. My goal is to transform people from
students to professionals (or, at least, to initiate this process). The
structure of the group is "peer-to-peer". Decisions are taken together
and comments are always welcome at all levels. But the most important
thing of all is that our group is made out of people who think that
science is fun. This creates a very nice atmosphere that allows us all
to give our best."
